Meet at Toronto International Airport at the designated time. The tour leader will assist with check-in formalities. Take a comfortable international flight to Oslo, the capital of Norway.

Arrive in Oslo and begin a city sightseeing tour. Visit the Oslo City Hall, which is also the venue for the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, and admire the landmark Oslo Opera House. After dinner, check in to your hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for a direct flight to Kirkenes. Upon arrival, enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime king crab experience. The leg span of a king crab can reach up to 1.8 meters and weigh as much as 10 kilograms.

Guests will first put on special thermal clothing provided for the activity. Then, board a sleigh pulled by a snowmobile driven by a guide and head out onto the frozen sea. There, pull up the pre-set crab pots and bring the catch back to a wooden cabin by the shore. The freshly caught king crab will be cooked on-site, allowing you to savor its rich flavor and freshness. (All necessary gear such as wool socks, snow boots, helmet, mittens, and scarf will be provided.)

The Norwegian government issues only a limited number of licenses for king crab fishing. Licensed fishermen are permitted to take guests out onto the ice to catch these giant crabs weighing up to 10 kilograms.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit an Arctic husky farm. These fluffy dogs may look similar to wolves, but they are gentle in nature and highly obedient. Here, you will have the chance to ride a husky-drawn sled and experience the thrill of gliding across the Arctic Circle’s snowy landscapes.

In the evening, check in to the famous Aurora Glass Hotel. From the comfort of your own room, you may be able to witness the dazzling display of the Northern Lights dancing across the sky. (Please note: The Aurora is a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed.)

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the world-famous Santa Claus Village. Here you can take a memorable photo with Santa Claus himself and send postcards stamped with the official Santa Claus Village postmark at the Arctic Circle’s one and only post office, which is also the busiest post office in Finland.

Guests may also walk to the Arctic Circle latitude landmark for photo opportunities and will receive an official certificate as proof of crossing into the Arctic Circle.

In the evening, board a bus for an exciting Aurora hunting excursion, chasing the magical Northern Lights across the Finnish skies.

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for a magical reindeer sleigh ride, experiencing the unique thrill of gliding through the Arctic Circle’s snowy landscapes. Afterwards, take part in a traditional Sami cultural ritual, offering insight into the heritage of the indigenous people of Lapland.

Enjoy a special reindeer-themed meal for lunch, and browse for unique local handicrafts that make perfect souvenirs. In the evening, board a coach for another exciting Aurora hunting excursion, chasing the Northern Lights in the vast Arctic skies. After breakfast at the hotel, embark on an unforgettable icebreaker cruise lasting 3 to 4 hours. During the journey, guests will enjoy the unique thrill of an Arctic ice floating experience. (Note: Icebreaker bookings require full payment at the time of reservation and are non-refundable.)

As the ship sails through the frozen waters of the Gulf of Bothnia, watch in awe as the giant vessel breaks through the thick ice, sending thunderous crashes echoing across the icy sea. When the ship reaches solid ice, staff will assist guests to step off the vessel and walk on the frozen sea surface. For the ultimate experience, you can put on a specially designed insulated floating survival suit and float in the freezing waters, at temperatures as low as minus 20 to 30 degrees Celsius — a once-in-a-lifetime Arctic adventure.

In the evening, board the Arctic Express overnight train bound for Helsinki, the capital of Finland. For departures booked by the specified date, GoGo will provide a special upgrade to first-class cabins: two guests per compartment with upper and lower bunks, private washroom and shower facilities, and Wi-Fi for extra comfort.

This morning the Arctic Express overnight train arrives in Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Transfer by coach to explore the city’s highlights, including the bustling harbor area, the iconic Helsinki Cathedral, the unique Rock Church, the Parliament House, and the Presidential Palace.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your international flight back to Toronto, returning to your home city.
