Itinerary

  • Tour members will gather at Toronto Airport and board a deluxe international flight bound for Casablanca, the largest city in Morocco.

  • Upon arrival in Casablanca, continue to Morocco’s capital city, Rabat (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2012) for a city tour. Visit the Royal Palace, which blends Arab and Andalusian architectural styles, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Morocco’s father of independence, renowned for its intricately engraved bronze geometric designs—an outstanding example of Arab architectural art. Guests may also take photos with the Royal Guard at the mausoleum. See the 44-metre-high Hassan Tower and the remains of over 300 columns nearby. After lunch, proceed to the coastal city of Tangier. Known for its diverse culture, Tangier lies at the crossroads of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, holding the gateway to the Strait of Gibraltar, with Spain’s coastline only about 20 kilometers away.

  • After breakfast, drive to Chefchaouen, one of the world’s three renowned blue cities. Its charming blue-painted streets, doors, and buildings offer a romantic, photogenic setting.

    Then visit Tetouan, the “White City,” known for its almost entirely whitewashed architecture and UNESCO status.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996). Visit the unfinished Royal Palace, modeled after France’s Versailles, and admire the 25-kilometre-long city walls. See the grand Mansour Gate, decorated in green and white glazed tiles, as well as the beautiful and majestic Sultan’s Mausoleum. Continue to Volubilis (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997) to explore the Roman ruins dating back to the 3rd century BC, once the administrative centre of the Roman Empire in North Africa, featuring magnificent Roman architecture and exquisite mosaic artwork.

With over 9,000 winding alleys, this maze-like old city is considered the most beautiful in Morocco. Here you will find the oldest leather tanneries, brass workshops, and textile weavers — all reflecting Morocco’s traditional culture and history. Visit a renowned local leather shop where you may choose from high-quality leather goods.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Ifrane, known as the “Little Switzerland of Arabia.” After lunch, continue to Erfoud, passing through the majestic Atlas Mountains, the highest mountain range in Morocco. Upon arrival, switch to 4×4 vehicles and venture into the vast Sahara Desert. You may choose to ride a camel across the endless sand dunes that stretch to the horizon. Conclude the day by watching the breathtaking sunset over the Sahara.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, visit the most spectacular gorge in North Africa — Todra Gorge, with its towering cliffs rising over 300 meters. In the afternoon, travel through the scenic Dades Valley towards Ouarzazate. This stretch of road is renowned as one of Morocco’s most beautiful desert routes, famously called the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.” These kasbahs, once grand residences of powerful local families, were built of reddish clay, most dating back to the 17th–18th centuries. Their majestic presence stands in striking contrast against the desolate desert landscape.

Continue to Djema el-Fna Square (UNESCO World Heritage Site), home to thousands of stalls offering a variety of local snacks and souvenirs. Canadian, Hong Kong, U.S., and Chinese passports do not require visas.

Other notes: Children (2–11 years old) sharing a room with 2 adults, without an extra bed. 3 adults sharing a room without an extra bed, each person less $15. Tour fare already includes a 3–4% discount off the original price; if paying by credit card, please pay the original price. Single room supplement $940.

Registration details: A deposit of $300 per person is required at registration, with the balance due 60 days before departure. If the itinerary is adjusted due to flight schedules, participants cannot object.

Cancellation and refund policy: The company reserves the right to cancel the departure date before departure; in such cases, the full amount will be refunded to clients. The company is not responsible for cancellations or changes of departure dates. Participants who cancel or change the itinerary and group airfare must notify the company 98 days before departure for a full refund. For cancellations or changes between 61–97 days before departure, $200 per person will be deducted. Group airfare cannot be canceled within 31–60 days; cancellations during this period will deduct 45% of the tour fare. For cancellations within 11–30 days before departure, 90% of the total cost will be deducted. Cancellations within 10 days before departure will deduct the full tour fare, non-refundable.

Responsibility: In the event of original flight cancellations, delays, natural disasters, strikes, work stoppages, wars, blockades, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, labor disputes, or coups beyond the control of the company and suppliers, the company will not make any compensation. Any additional accommodation or transportation costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
