Itinerary

  • The tour leader will meet the group at Toronto airport, followed by a nonstop Air Canada flight to Tokyo, Japan.

  • Upon arrival at Tokyo Haneda Airport, a private coach will be arranged for airport transfer. After dinner, check in to Tokyo Dome Hotel or a similar. Enjoy time to rest and adjust to the time difference. (Two consecutive nights in same hotel)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens and Nijubashi Bridge, then ascend to the Tokyo Skytree Observation Deck for panoramic city views. Continue to Tsukiji Outer Market to experience the lively local atmosphere. After lunch, explore Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street in Asakusa, followed by free time in the Ginza shopping district. A photo stop will be arranged at Shiba Park with views of Tokyo Tower. Dinner and overnight at Tokyo Dome Hotel or similar.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, depart Tokyo for Hakone and enjoy a scenic Lake Ashi cruise with views of Mt. Fuji and surrounding landscapes. After lunch, visit Oshino Hakkai, famous for its crystal-clear spring water from Mt. Fuji and traditional village scenery. In the evening, check in to an onsen hotel near Lake Kawaguchiko, enjoy indoor and open-air hot springs, and enjoy an authentic Japanese kaiseki dinner.   • After breakfast at the hotel, visit the newly opened Fujisan Deck to admire breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. Continue to Herb Garden, strolling among seasonal flowers and highland scenery. After lunch, visit Oishi Seasonal Park, one of the best spots to photograph Mt. Fuji. Overnight at the same onsen hotel, enjoying a relaxed evening and hot spring experience.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Karuizawa, with free time for shopping and lunch at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza. Continue to Shiraito Falls and Onioshidashi Park, known for its dramatic volcanic rock formations. In the afternoon, arrive at Kusatsu Onsen, one of Japan’s Three Great Hot Springs. Visit the iconic Yubatake and enjoy the traditional Yumomi Performance, showcasing Kusatsu’s unique hot spring culture. Dinner and overnight at an onsen hotel.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, travel into the Japanese Alps. September–October departures visit Kamikōchi, renowned for its pristine alpine scenery, while November departures visit Daio Wasabi Farm due to seasonal closure. After lunch, stop for photos at Matsumoto Castle (exterior) before continuing to Takayama Old Town (Sanmachi Suji). Dinner and overnight at Green Hotel Takayama or similar.

  • After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Nishijin Textile Center to learn about Kyoto’s traditional weaving craftsmanship, followed by a special kimono experience with photo time to capture unforgettable memories. After lunch, we will head to Nara Park to interact with the sacred, free-roaming deer, then visit Tōdai-ji Temple—one of Japan’s most iconic UNESCO World Heritage sites—where you will see the famous Great Buddha. After dinner, we will continue to Osaka and check in to the five-star Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay or a similar property (two-night stay).

Departure Dates: September 7, October 18, October 27, November 8, and November 13, 2026 (October and November are considered as the autumn foliage season)

Tour Fare Includes: Round-trip airfare from Toronto, twin room (staying at 4–5-star or boutique hotels throughout the tour), meals as specified in the itinerary, a professional Chinese-speaking tour leader, local professional guides, and transportation by deluxe air-conditioned coach.

The tour price is CAD $7,799 per person for the September departure (GoVIP CAD $7,699). For the autumn foliage season in October and November CAD $8,099 per person (GoVIP CAD $7,999).

For land-only packages (no airfare), a reduction of CAD $1,550 per person applies for the September departure, and CAD $1,600 per person for October and November departures. Single-room supplements are CAD $2,150 for September and CAD $2,250 for October and November.

Tour Fare Does Not Include: Travel and medical insurance, visa fees, gratuities for tour leader, guide, and driver (USD $280 per passenger), porterage fees, in-room beverages, and any personal expenses. Most hotels do not offer triple-occupancy rooms. A 3% discount has already been applied to the listed tour price. Guests paying by credit card will be charged the original price before discount.

Visa Information: The following visa information is for reference only. Guests are responsible for confirming the latest requirements with the relevant authorities in their place of residence. Visa service assistance is available upon request; once a visa application is submitted, fees are non-refundable.

  1. Holders of U.S., Canadian, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, or Macau passports may enter Japan visa-free for up to 90 days.
  2. Holders of Chinese passports require a visa; please refer to the official Japanese government website.
  3. Passport holders from other regions should confirm visa requirements at the time of registration.

Booking Terms: A deposit of CAD $500 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 90 days prior to departure. The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as necessary; participants may not object to such changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: The company reserves the right to cancel a departure prior to departure; in such cases, a full refund will be issued. The company is not responsible for any additional costs resulting from itinerary cancellation or date changes.

  • Participants who cancel or change the tour and group airfare must notify the company at least 128 days prior to departure to receive a full refund.
  • 90–127 days before departure: CAD $500 per person will be deducted.
  • 46–89 days before departure: group airfare becomes non-refundable; 60% of the tour price will be forfeited.
  • 31–45 days before departure: 70% of the tour price will be forfeited.
  • Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the tour price will be forfeited; no refunds will be issued
